Here is the beautiful
Points Table for FIFA world cup 2014 with live updates. The biggest soccer event of the Globe,
FIFA World Cup 2014 will be held in Brazil, and will be started on
12th June 2014. There are
32 Teams participating in this events. All the teams were partitioned as
Eight Groups as four teams in each group. All the teams name were listed in point table by groups and order by the most point winner. Three point will be scored who win one match and 1 point will get if match is tie. Losers will remain without any change in their points. The point table showing below is written in order of Team Name, number of match played(MP), number of match won(W), number of match draw(D), number of match Lost(L), number of Goal for(GF), number of goal against(GA), goal difference (GD) and Total points (Pts). Two teams from each group will advance to knock out round, the round of sixteen. Top two teams with most points will qualify to the next round of FIFA World Cup 2014.
Now who is in ?, and who is out ?, the clear picture is drawn Team highlighted with background color who are in and out. Group B is clear even before the last two matches. Netherlands and Chili were in and Defending champions, Spain and Australia were out.

Hi kinshuk, i am still working with A beautiful excel sheet to calculate and write scores. It is not completed yet. However I am uploading that specially for your request. Please not it is not completed and may find some errors please check it let me know the errors. FIFA Schedule 2014 in Excell
Download this file from Google Drive and you can smoothly update the Point Table by adding the match results only. Just add the scores, Point table will update automatically.

Saw your message quite late.. Had downloaded this excel and have been updating it since last few days.
Few observations:
a. The match is between spain and netherlands, excel sheet shows Spain - Netherlands and score space is kept and design as Left box is for Spain and Right Box is for Netherlands. So, If I update 5 - 1 from left to right, it assumes, the score is 5 to spain and 1 to Netherlands. Score point table updates accordingly.
I would suggest, if you can insert one column as Winner, which should take the score line accordingly. Or some kind of text box, stating that the left column belongs to the corresponding team.
b. Please align the points table at per Fifa.com i.e. Match played, match won, match lost and at the end Points won. Not as one you have created, Match played, Points won, match won, match lost etc..
c., it would be good, if we can enter halftime scores as well. you can keep it at main points table or create a seperate sheet, which should get enabled after the full score is entered by us.
Just few random thoughts, I shall revert on errors, if any. Yet to see the full potential of your excel..

Hi Kinshuk, Thank you for your valuable suggestions. actually i created the spread sheet as Right score cell for the right team's score and left for left side team. So please add the score 1 - 5 instead 5-1. So the winner will select Automatically by calculating the score.
